personal background
I am a 30-something new(ish) mother of a spunky little boy named "Little Mister." I was born and raised in the heart of Texas and no, I don't necessarily sound "Texan" although you might here me spout a "y'all" now and again.
I am Thai-American which in an of itself, completely helped to shape my outlook on life. I grew up wanting to be like the rest of my American friends but soon I came to realize the value of being unique!
I married my high school sweetheart, Matt, over 10 years ago and after making a quick escape to the Northeast for a few years, we moved to San Antonio to be closer to our families.
professional background
I got my Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Austin and went straight to work soon after graduation for Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects in New Haven, Connecticut. It was a tremendous learning experience and I value my time there.
When Matt was accepted into grad school at Trinity University in San Antonio, I started to work with Overland Partners Architects. The core values really drew me here and I even had the opportunity to work on a building in UT Austin. Check it out!
